Job Description

LOCATION: Hyde Park Campus
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Manager, Compensation and Benefits is primarily responsible for managing all benefit programs to include health, dental, vision, section 125, 401k, Work Comp, etc.  Primary duties include receiving and completing paperwork, reporting, and data entry such as inputting enrollment information.  This position oversees benefit enrollment of all new employees. The HR Manager is responsible for completing all invoice payments and reconciliation of invoices.  This position is responsible for coordinating annual open enrollment activities.  The HR Manager oversees all payroll change forms and acts as a back up to payroll on an as needed basis.  Assists with recruitment activities as needed.  This position is responsible for staying current with compliance and managing changes (FMLA, Work Comp, FLSA, COA/Joint Commission, EEOC, DOL, etc).  The HR Manager oversees data entry into the HRIS of all employee changes and works closely with the payroll office to maintain all employee information in an accurate and professional manner. This postion supervises the Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits and the HR Administrative Assistant.
 
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree.  The preferred candidate will have a Master’s degree.  Five (5) to seven (7) years of HR experience is required.  Must pass background check, physical and drug screening.  This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance. 
 
PAY GRADE: 7
 
SALARY: $42, 636.52 - $66,086.61 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
