LOCATION: Hyde Park Campus
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Human Resources Recruitment Manager is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout all levels and departments of the organization.  Primary responsibilities include working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Director of Human Resources Operations to establish recruitment efforts and develop recruitment plans and strategies.  The Recruitment Manager completes annual assessment(s) of talent needs utilizing the data and other inputs to develop an annual recruitment plan for the organization.  Researches and utilizes competitive intelligence to share recruitment trends and ensures best practices are implemented for employer branding.  This position networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and other niche internet sites to identify and source a high quality diverse candidate pool. Coordinates and implements college recruiting initiatives to include development of working relationships with colleges to aid in recruiting, gives presentations at colleges, attends student group meetings, and increases college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.  The Recruitment Manager organizes, researches, and attends internal/external career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.  This position proactively builds a candidate pipeline for a broad range of positions, specifically those positions that are deemed hard-to-fill, with high volume needs and/or with high turnover.  Assists in the development and implementation of organizations' strategic plans and works closely with other departments in collecting and utilizing information to continually improve processes and systems across the organization.  This position also oversees the applicant tracking system (ATS) and compiles and prepares reports from the ATS and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).  The Human Resources Manager, Recruitment  provides general guidance to the Human Resources Generalist, Recruitment and the HR Administrative Assistant(s).
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and PHR Certification.  Two (2) to five (5) years of recruiting experience is required.  Must pass background check, physical and drug screening.  This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance. 
SALARY: $42, 636.52 - $66,086.61 annually
(Starting salary depends on education and experience)
