Primary responsibilities include REQUIRES EXTENSIVE TRAVEL ON A WEEKLY BASIS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING SOME WEEKENDS, to install equipment in new and relocating locations, providing great customer service while installing, diagnosing and solving retail equipment failures within service level agreements at CVS locations in a service geography. This equipment includes POS (point of sale) registers, self checkout registers, thermal printers, laser printers, scanners, PCs, thin clients, phone systems, RF, networking, pharmacy, minute clinic and other related computer peripherals. This position involves driving/flying between CVS locations to service and install hardware, assisting other neighboring areas with workload, working normal day shift, on call for weekday evenings and rotating weekend and holiday coverage.

All candidates must be able to travel extensively with overnight stays on a weekly basis in the U.S, including some weekends.
Must be able to obtain a credit card or have ability to pay for out of pocket expenses for air, hotel, meals, etc on a weekly basis to be reimbursed by the company. Reimbursement could take several weeks.
Available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with technical troubleshooting
- Valid Driver’s License with no major violations
- Ability to drive between CVS locations on daily basis
- Ability to lift laser printers and servers and occasionally work on a ladder

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience troubleshooting for retail equipment (eg. POS systems, network cabling, scanners, computer peripherals, printers)
- Technical Certifications
- Technical Degree

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Further education or Technical degree a plus and must be verifiable
