Job Description
As a Learning Strategy & Innovation Senior Consultant, you will act as a learning strategy expert and consult Learning & Development teams on challenging and/or large scale learning projects. The Learning Strategy & Innovation Senior Consultant is responsible for improving/synergizing the collection of learning tools to ensure Learning and Developments teams have the best-in-class resources available to drive impactful learning outcomes.

As part of the CVS Health Learning & Development Center of Excellence, you will serve as the enterprise Learning and Development expert for Strategy & Innovation. The CVS Health Learning & Development Center of Excellence is a team with 500+ resources that provides learning solutions for all CVS Health colleagues.

Additional Responsibilities of the Learning Strategy & Innovation Senior Consultant:
? Actively seeks new learning innovations (internally and externally) to develop a learning innovation road map for the enterprise.
? Partners with the internal Learning and Development teams to pilot, determine value and implement where applicable.
? Identifies and implements best-in-class learning tools and maximize the impact of existing and emerging learning tools.

Required Qualifications
? 3 years of related Learning and Development experience

? Facilitation skills

Bachelor Degree required
