Job Description
The Front End Supervisor is responsible for performing duties related to ensuring all front end queues, objectives, quality and production are met. Supervises the allocation of resources within the pharmacy to ensure overall production goals are met. Develops, trains, prioritizes/sets direction, monitors, and addresses workflow. To help support development and maximize workflow, you will be asked to perform other pharmacy functions as required.

***Work From Home Position***
Required to be on site for 30 days (subject to change) at 6651 N Military Trail Suite 209, Boca Raton, FL 33496.


Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year prior supervisory/coaching experience defined as hiring, delivering corrective action, leading employees.
- Active & valid Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proven ability to manage a large staff.
- Experience motivating teams in fast paced environment. - Experience with handling escalations and resolving problems/issues.
- Computer experience (windows based).
- Able to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.
- Proven ability to oversee processes to achieve objectives, including analysis of work flow, and ability to make changes in a timely manner.
- Requires Interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation, and strong human relation skills to support the supervision and development of employees as appropriate.
- Excellent typing, oral and written communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).
- Able to make both routine and difficult decisions in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision, trouble-shoot minor system issues and effectively use Office Communicator, email, chat and other social media.
- Strong team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to any situation.
- Project management skills.
