    The Sr. Application Support Specialist (GDSx/Concur COMPLEAT) is responsible for supporting the GDSx/Concur COMPLEAT system. The Specialist will be responsible for developing new automation routines and work with sales operations teams to implement new clients, agents and agencies.

    Processes should always be documented and implemented to reduce issues that arise from undefined practices or changes in industry standards.


    • Working in the Service Desk environment, manage inbound support request relating to GDSx/mid-office operations.
    • Develop scope of work including estimate level of effort and delivery date for requests.
    • Manage existing mid-office QC routines and process as well as develop new ones.
    • Perform comprehensive testing of developed code.
    • Work with Sales Operations implementation teams to onboard new business.
    • Manage auto-ticketing for Online Booking Tools.
    • Document code and process changes.
    • Provide a proactive and consultative approach to mid-office development; design solutions that increase agent productivity and decrease errors.
    • Evaluate and escalate issues to other IT and Operational teams as necessary.


    • 3-5 years’ experience with GDSX/Concur COMPLEAT Mid-office automation programming.
    • 3-5 years’ experience on Travel GDS system: SABRE (Other GDS systems a plus).
    • 3-5 years’ experience programming in a .NET environment - preferred but not required.
    • iQCX experience is a plus.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Advanced knowledge of the travel industry.
    • Demonstrates a positive & "just own it" attitude that leads to creative problem solving and solutions.
