What You'll Do
Builds long term client relationships through quality customer service, anticipating client needs, communications, client meetings and meeting client service level standards. Provides proper fiduciary administration for all aspects of assigned accounts, including probate estates, conservatorships, personal trusts (inter vivos and testamentary), custody, agency, IRA, and other assigned accounts, handling the most complex situations. Works with team members to increase revenue from assigned book of accounts through quality client service leading to referrals for new business, upgrades in account status, direct sales and referrals for other bank products and services. Provides solution oriented planning for high net worth clients including: Solutions using Family Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, S-Corps, C-Corps, etc. Coordination of wealth strategy planning. When providing services for Wealth Solutions (or similar type of accounts) or for accounts without an assigned Portfolio Manager, the Trust Advisor will provide investment management services for clients, ie: Assess the appropriate risk level for the client or trust through active listening and inquiry and properly document the establishment of the Investment Policy Statement.
Maintains current knowledge of UMB policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
