Job Description

What You'll Do
Provide management for a specialized/ technical area regarding Private Wealth Management accounts. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Qualify and track real estate and unique asset holdings, facilitate asset set up and removal with Trust Operations, determine whether assets are adequately insured, facilitate insurance claims, taxation matters and payment, and that assets are reviewed in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures, oversee the inspection of assets as required, assist with valuations of assets and coordinating unique asset management with the account administrators and real estate property managers.
-Serve as the liaison with various vendors, including the Bank's Master Trust insurance broker, insurance processing vendor, oil and gas manager, etc.
-Contribute to the overall risk management process with unique asset administration and participate on the relationship team which builds and enhances long-term customer relationships to achieve the Unparalleled Customer Experience.
-Deliver quality customer service, anticipate clients' needs, and consistently meet and exceed client service level standards, both internal and external.
-Respond to client problems, questions, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
-Interact with team to ensure accurate processing of all account and/or maintenance activities, resolve operational problems, process various reports, etc.
-May be responsible for training others on systems, policies, and procedures relative to Private Wealth accounts.
-Other duties as assigned.
